• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deploy network solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Conducting regular network assessments, identifying vulnerabilities within the network, and implementing appropriate security measures using FortiGate and Sophos firewalls.
• Providing technical support and guidance to end-users, resolving network-related incidents and inquiries .
• Documenting network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
